The Ferretti Custom Line 94′ is a Raised Pilothouse model Motor Yacht.

Vessel Walkthrough

Enter her salon through two large sliding glass doors from the aft deck. Her master suite in on the main deck with three guest staterooms below for a sleeping total of ten. The salon / dining salon is serviced by a galley to port side. There is a sliding privacy door from the galley to the salon. The crew accommodations are below forward and are comprised of a lounge area, captain stateroom and a twin crew stateroom forward. The pilothouse is one half deck forward of mid-ship with passage to a large flybridge deck with helm station. The aft main deck has a teak table with storage and offers seating for 8 to 10 guests. The engine room has an auxiliary control room adjacent to a large lazzarette/tender garage with a drop transom for great water access for swimming, diving or tender boarding. This garage also functions as a Beach Club with SAT TV/Stereo entertainment center, Sub-Zero refrigeration.

Her 2015 interior upgrades for the Custom Line 94 define the epitome of sleek Italian design and brings in old world classic. The wall paneling and leather covered built-in furniture are furnished in hand-selected cherry and burl veneer finished in a mirror-like gloss. Lounges, chairs and headboards are upholstered with the finest grade Italian leather. The galley work surface is granite and lacquered cabinets. All heads have full showers with lacquered cabinetry and paneling are complete with marble soles and vanity tops. The overheads are intricately designed and finished with Alcatara suede and are trimmed in gloss cherry and burl.

Main Salon

Located amidship and aft on the main deck, the main salon incorporates a dining area and is arranged with a custom coffee table surrounded by a white leather upholstered L-shaped lounge area. On the starboard side of the salon is a fully equipped stand behind bar with a granite work surface and burl wood bar top. Built into the salon and dining areas are cherry wood and burl cabinetry. A 42″ SAT plasma television with surround sound is on a lift built into custom cabinetry. Fine china for twelve can be stored in custom cabinetry forward of the dining table. Double sliding stainless steel doors are fitted to the aft bulkhead opening to the expansive aft deck. Salon and dining furnishings include: intricately designed headliner finished with Alcatara suede panels with a perimeter trimmed in gloss cherry and burl, accent lighting in the overhead and under the built-in cabinetry, LED lighting on dimmers, digitally-controlled air conditioning and stainless steel framed windows.
During the 2015 refit: The L-shaped couch was reupholstered, new salon carpet & padding, carpet runner, electric blinds, new fill height drapes for sliding doors, salon and coffee table were refinished, dining room chairs were refinished with white leather and all decorative pillows were replaced. In addition, she offers SONOS wireless stereo Speakers w/ Blue Tooth, NILES Stereo and HD DVD System.

Wet Bar

When entering the main salon to starboard, there is a stand behind full bar with a wine cooler and refrigerator and ample storage.

Dining

Forward of the main salon, the dining area features a large oval gloss finished wood table with NEW upholstered leather seating for eight, with cabinets providing storage. The electric controlled shades and carpet carry on from the main salon into the dining area. Custom cabinetry for the dining service is fitted onto the forward bulkhead.

Galley

The galley was completely refinished in 2015. New counter tops, new flooring and refinished cabinetry. This galley offers an extra large refrigeration capacity.

Master Stateroom

Proceeding forward is the on deck master stateroom which is spacious and beautifully arranged with a queen-sized berth with nightstands forward and a large bath and walk-in wardrobe aft. To port is built-in cabinetry with a vanity and mirror and to starboard is a built-in leather upholstered lounge and cabinetry with storage. The master stateroom is furnished with a surround sound premium television/audio, blue-tooth system with a 32″ SAT plasma monitor on a lift enclosed in a custom cabinet, automatic lifting mattress, stainless steel framed windows with two opening ports, additional hanging locker to port, digitally-controlled air conditioning, accent lighting in the overhead and under the furniture, NEW 2015 custom bed spread and pillows, drapes and carpet, four drawers under the berth, overhead intricately designed and finished with Alcatara suede and trimmed in gloss cherry and burl, safe, large mirrors.

Master Stateroom Head

The master head is located to the port side and features a large marble-lined shower, sink, marble countertops and flooring, large mirror, medicine cabinet, water closet in a private compartment, exhaust fan, air conditioning, window coverings and a complete set of accessories.

VIP Stateroom

Located below deck and aft, this stateroom is full beam, creating a spacious suite that serves as a second master. The stateroom is arranged with a queen berth with a custom leather headboard that is electronically adjustable and two nightstands. There is a built-in vanity with custom cabinetry. To starboard is a leather-upholstered lounge. The large walk-in wardrobe is located aft of the stateroom to port and is outfitted with Lucite-faced drawers, glass cherry cabinetry and wall paneling. In addition, the VIP stateroom is furnished with a surround sound television/audio system with a 20″ plasma monitor, SAT-TV and Blue-Tooth, automatic lifting mattress, digitally-controlled air conditioning, leather upholstered headboard, overhead intricately designed and finished with Alcatara suede and trimmed in gloss cherry and burl, four stainless steel framed opening port lights, accent lighting in the overhead and under the furniture, New 2015 bed coverings, pillows, window coverings and carpet. There is storage under the queen berth, safe.

VIP Stateroom Head

The VIP head is arranged with a private compartment for the water closet and a large -oversized shower. Amenities include a marble vanity top and sole, dual sinks, large mirror, two medicine cabinets, lacquer-finished overhead and wall paneling trimmed in gloss cherry, portholes with curtains and marble floors. A complete set of accessories is provided as well.

Guest Staterooms

The twin guest staterooms are the mirror image of one another with two twin berths with storage below and a Pullman berth. Common to both staterooms are large walk-in closets with two racks for hanging and storage drawers, built-in desk/vanity, library shelves, cherry framed mirror décor bulkhead accent, accent lighting in the overhead and under built-in furniture, overheads intricately designed and finished with Alacatara suede and trimmed in gloss cherry and burl, four stainless steel framed opening port lights, digitally-controlled air conditioning, SAT television/audio system. In 2015 all soft goods were replaced in both guest state rooms. The port guest SR has a filler piece that connects the twin berth.

Guest Stateroom Heads

The guest stateroom heads are spacious and arranged with a custom plexiglass-enclosed shower, lacquered cabinetry and wall paneling. Amenities include a marble vanity top and sole, exterior ventilation, air conditioning, large mirror, medicine cabinets, lacquer-finished overhead trimmed in gloss cherry and opening portholes with curtains.

Day Head & Foyer

The day head is located in the main foyer, forward of the dining area to starboard. The foyer has a marble floor and stairs to the pilothouse and the guests staterooms. Cherry handrails are provided for the stairs. The side deck door has a sliding door cover and the door to the galley has a sliding pocket door. There is also a built-in storage cabinet. Forward of the day head is a pantographic door to her side deck.

Engine Room/Tender Garage

The engine room contains diamond plate flooring and a polished metal ceiling. It is equipped with intakes for dynamic air circulation with remote-controlled emergency shutdown, two exhausts for forced air circulation, removable dunnages, trouble lamp, manual lifter with rail for generator replacement, hydraulic gangway control unit, fuel tanks, fuel tank indicator, neon lights 24V and 220V, fresh water outlet with basin, door to control and systems room, walls covered with sound-proofing panels and equipment removal hatch on aft deck. The hydraulic dive platform transom and hydraulic swim steps make it an incredible island hopping yacht.
Her garage was customized to be functional and to be able to use her for entertainment. There is a additional washer/dryer, SS cradle for Wave Runner (excluded) that converts into a table, SAT TV and complete Audio Stereo sound system. A true beach club.
The insulation of the engine room has massive layer panels and soundproofing LLA panels outside finishing, separating bulkheads for cabins in sandwich 40mm. The propulsion and control instruments are located as follows: twin diesel engines with 24V electric starting. Each engine is equipped with a control board supplied by MTU, complete with hour counter, RPM counter, water thermometer, engine oil pressure gauge in engine room, alarms panel in pilothouse, hydraulic controls for main engines, gear boxes with trolling valve, stainless steel propeller shafts Aquamet 17/94 mm, bronze brackets with rubber bearings, highly efficient Nibral propellers, hydraulic power steering with stainless steel rudders, electro-hydraulic trim tabs equipment with double control, hydraulic bow thruster 500KG of thrust with 2 P.T.O., one for each reversing gear and
ATLAS shore power frequency convertor.

Captain’s Cabin

Located forward of the guest accommodations and separated by a bulkhead, the Captain’s cabin is arranged with a queen berth and private head. It is outfitted with a hanging locker, carpeting, digitally-controlled air conditioning and cherry joinerwork.

Crew Cabin

Located forward of the crew lounge, the crew cabin is fitted with two twin berths, digitally-controlled air conditioning and a private head.

Crew Lounge

Located forward of the VIP and guest staterooms, the crew lounge faces the Captain’s cabin and is fully equipped with a dinette table and seating, furniture, overhead lockers, storage, VHF, and 14″ television. There are two Miele washers and dryers, two-burner stove, refrigerator and microwave oven. The floors are wood and have fitted carpeting.

Construction

Hull classified by RINA. Construction materials are as follows: Aramat monolit for the hull, Aramat sandwich for hull side and main deck (vacuum system lamination), Aramat sandwich for superstructure and flybridge (vacuum system lamination), marine plywood for dunnages, marine plywood for bulkheads of the cabins, heads and doors with first quality wood covering, 30mm Aramat sandwich for the three water tight bulkheads, marine plywood for furniture with first quality wood covering, plastic laminated for shower, marble for washbasin countertops in the heads and for work counter in the galley, marble floors in the heads, stainless steel and tempered glass for the portholes, stainless steel and painted aluminum for the side doors, stainless steel sliding door to the flybridge, tempered glass for the windows and stainless steel for the window frames, stainless steel frames and tempered glass for the salon door, stainless steel and plexiglass for the flybridge windscreen. Main deck has teak overlays.
