The interiors a combination of materials such as natural leather, fabrics and fine woods are welcoming and rich in accessories throughout, dedicated to comfort and relaxation. The saloon, situated on the main deck comprises a spacious C-shaped sofa with central coffee table, dining area for eight surrounded by units for storage,a three-seater sofa, Stereo unit, bar fridge, ice maker, LCD TV, DVD, with air conditioning and lacquered wood ceiling. From this area, an open staircase leads to the fly, which can also be reached using a teak covered fiberglass stairway from the stern cockpit.
The upper deck is completely covered in teak and the open control station is here too, well protected by its wide windshield in stainless steel and Perspex. In this area too there is an open air living area with C-shaped sofa and central table, sundeck, bar unit and electric- hydraulic crane for launching and haulage of the tender. The external layout is modern.
The cockpit offers the room necessary for comfortable seating even during navigation, as it is well protected by the extension to stern of the fly. The entire deck floor is covered in 12 mm teak planking; the gunwale is covered by a toprail in teak or mahogany laminate. The spacious swimming platform, located astern, is accessible using the steps integrated in the structure. From the stern it is possible to reach the spacious engine room through a pantograph door. There are a total of 20 lateral portholes, all in stainless steel and armoured glass, mosquito netting and alarm signalling open portholes with a control panel on the main deck.
The covered wheelhouse has a dinette with sofa seating six and central table, as well as, naturally, the control station with ergonomic bridge and complete, modern instrumentation. The deck under the main deck is completely taken up by the cabins, of which one in the bow for VIP guests with double bed, private bathroom and numerous other comforts, as well as its refined fittings. Astern of this cabin there are another two guest cabins, one to starboard and the other to port, both with twin beds and private bathroom. In the main area there is the owner’s cabin, characterised by its open space and equipped with a double bed, private bathroom and numerous relax time accessories. The boatyard has planned two cabins for the crew, one astern and the other in the bow, both with single bed and private bathroom, in order to ensure the correct level of privacy for the owner and his guests.
There are two standard engines: 2×1,500 HP Man and 2×1,550 HP Caterpillar, with which according to the boatyard’s indications the Canados 80’S can travel at a top speed of 30 knots and at a cruising speed of 25. Autonomy is 450 miles with the Man and 400 with the Caterpillar. The Canados 80’S is a motor yacht that has been successful since its presentation, thanks to its modern design and the care that the yard has reserved to each single design.
