Nautical are delighted to welcome to the sales market Aubrey, a Maiora
built in 2012 which underwent a large cosmetic refit of 2017. She is
presented for sale in an ‘as new’ condition with all the teak being
sanded and re-caulked, along with the paint having been polished and new
carpets fitted throughout.
Aubrey’s
interior configuration has been designed to comfortably accommodate up
to 10 guests overnight in 4 cabins, comprising a master suite, 1 VIP
stateroom, and 2 twin cabins with pullmans.
She has 4 crew onboard in 2 cabins to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
All cabins are ensuite and equipped with full air conditioning and LCD TVs.
The large main salon incorporates both lounge and dining areas. An ‘L
shaped’ material sofa with two separate leather chairs and coffee
tables are situated close to the electrical sliding doors with direct
viewing of the TV on the starboard side which rises from inside a
sideboard.

Full beam master suite in the aft section of the lower deck with walk
around bed, dressing table, multiple wardrobes and large ensuite
VIP cabin in the forward section of the lower deck with large

2 ensuite twin cabins with additional Pullman berths on the inboard bulkheads

A rectangular glass dining table with 8 white leather chairs is in

The wheelhouse is on the main deck forward, with helm seating position and stairs down to the lower deck accommodation.
The galley is on the port side of the main deck, between the main salon and wheel house.
