ACCOMMODATION
SALOON
The main saloon is accessed through double patio doors and granite threshold from the aft deck. To port aft is a separate day head and to starboard aft are a two seat sofa, a three seat sofa and single arm chair arranged around a cherry wood coffee table opposite the television cabinet. All sofa upholstery is JR Scott textured linen (Golden Rod 4340). Bar area and drinks cabinet with fridge to port with granite top (Emerald Pearl Granite). All main saloon / interior dining area carpet are ‘Desert Textured’.
INTERIOR DINING
Forward of the main saloon seating is the interior dining area with cherry wood dining table and eight free-standing black leather chairs. Opposite the dining table to port is a service hatch to the galley.
GALLEY
Forward of the interior dining area is the staircase to starboard to the guest accommodation and to port/centerline doors to galley and wheelhouse. The galley door can be closed for guest privacy whilst dining. All surfaces in the galley are Emerald Pearl Granite, splash backs in brushed stainless steel, cabinets in satin finished cherry wood and oak flooring. To the port side is a watertight door leading to the port side deck.
WHEELHOUSE
Forward of the galley is the wheelhouse with two black leather upholstered helm seats to starboard with oak flooring, and a black leather two seat sofa to port with oak Desert Textured carpet. All console fascia panels are burr walnut effect.
LOWER LOBBY
This gives access to the guest cabins via a staircase down from the main deck (forward of the interior dining area). All carpet is Desert Textured and cabin doors are in sating finish cherry wood. There is custom designed underfloor bilge storage through the lower lobby.
OWNER STATEROOM (AFT)
The full beam Owner’s Stateroom has four vertical windows each side with vanity unit forward to port and two seat sofa finished in textured linen to starboard with central Kingsize bed. Two separate doors aft lead to a dressing room to starboard and ensuite/shower room to port with twin basins and Emerald Pearl Granite vanity top and floor. All carpet is Desert Velvet with cabinetry in satin finish cherry wood with novasuede panels.
GUEST STATEROOMS
Leading forward from the Owner Stateroom are two identical twin bedded guest staterooms to port and starboard. The port stateroom twin bed is convertible to a double bed and the starboard stateroom has an additional Pullman berth. Each have an ensuite shower room with vanity tops finished in London White Granite. All carpet is Desert Velvet with cabinetry in satin cherry wood with novasuede paneling.
VIP STATEROOM
At the end of the guest lobby forward is the VIP Stateroom with centerline queen sized bed, triangular sofa finished in textured linen to port and vanity unit to starboard with stool. Aft of the stateroom is a dressing room to starboard. Stateroom and dressing room have Desert Velvet carpet, satin cherry wood with novasuede panels. The ensuite shower room to port has matching Emerald Pearl Granite floor and vanity top.
CREW MESS
Accessed via a water tight door in the transom, the crew mess has cabinetry and dining table finished in cream lacquer, oak floor and worktop in London White Granite. Both starboard side crew cabins are accessed from the crew mess.
CREW CABINS
There are two crew cabins – 1 double and 1 with twin bunks, both finished with cream lacquer cabinetry and oak floors. The shared crew toilet/shower room is located to port forward of the crew mess after of the main engine room access with London White Granite floor and vanity top.
DECK ARRANGEMENT
Access to the yacht is via a telescopic gangway at main aft deck level to port, above the hydraulic swim platform/tender storage. The main aft deck leads forward through clear patio doors to the main saloon. There are port and starboard side decks leading forward to the foredeck area with a large guest off white vinyl sun-pad aft of the foredeck on the forward superstructure moulding.
To the starboard side of the main aft deck, a staircase leads up to the sundeck/flybridge. On the sundeck is a 4 man Jacuzzi aft surrounded by modular synthetic rattan seating. Amidships is a teak dining table to starboard with fitted seating and bar area with sink, fridge, icemaker and Gaggenau lava coal grill to port with three bar stools. Forward is the secondary helm station to port and off white vinyl sunpad to port. There is a stainless steel framed bimini over the sundeck.

MAINTENANCE / REFIT
Since the vessel was launched, all systems onboard have been serviced annually between October and March, by certified outside contractors. Any interior or exterior issues have been handled by Sunseeker. The crew have undertaken all other detailed cleaning and polishing work annually as required. Operational maintenance and servicing carried out by the Captain.
